SHARED COORDINATION/TURN OVER COORDINATION
This is for debutant/parents who has already booked at least 50% of the suppliers/vendors and don’t have much time or need someone to complete the debut planning.
Inclusions:
For 150 pax and below.
Note : Number of staffing increases depending on nos. of guests with corresponding additional fee as well.

Table setting (seating arrangement)
Centerpieces, buffet table settings
Gift table and cake table

- One Event Host
- One Head Coordinator in Uniform
- Two Coordinators in Uniform
- Two songs during dinner time
- Three meetings with the Head Coordinator
- Unlimited consultations (email, text, calls)
- Coordination starts upon signing the contract.

- Discuss other untouched details
- Scouting/recommendation of other suppliers/vendors
- Finalisation/follow up and coordination with booked suppliers
- Create Floor Plan, seating arrangement of guest, specially VIPs
- Inform and direct program participants
- Guide to prayers and speeches upon request
- Execution and directing of preparation (suppliers)
- Supervision of venue set-up/Check on the ff:

- Program Management: Create the itinerary, program flow and coordinate with the client’s confirmation
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Registration and ushering of guests
- Provide table seating card designs
- Organise/assist celebrant’s grand entrance
- Organise celebrant, family and guest for photo session
- Prepares and manages all technical requirements such as music, LCD, AVPs
- Cue program participants such as toast giver, 18 roses, 18 candles, 18 treasures etc.
- Cue of confettis, butterflies, balloons releasing
- Oversee circulation of guestbook and sign frame
- Distribution of giveaways and other items
- Distribution of final vendor payments
- Assist with the reception clean-up and left over food
- Provide a contingency plan and troubleshoot the event to make sure it would be as seamless as possible.
