PACKAGE OVERVIEW
- Work shall commence three (3) months before the event.
- Max of two (5) meetings before the event
- Scouting, pre-screening, contacting and booking of minor suppliers – HMUA, host, florist, baker, wedding ring supplier, bridal car, lights and sounds, musicians, photo booth, LCD/projector rental, invitation and other stationeries
- Reviewing of signed contracts
- Supervision and execution of the actual event
- Assist in finalization of guest lists, seating arrangement and floor plan
- Management of reception materials (gifts for sponsors, souvenir etc.)
- Guest registration, gift management and inventory
- Conceptualize and organize the whole reception program.
- Distribution of wedding souvenirs and routing of the signature book/frame
- Handle all gifts given by the guest
- Professional Personal assistance shall be assigned to celebrant
- Detailed responsibilities from ceremony to reception will be discussed during the meeting.

Full Planning Package
This package is for couples who will start from scratch – with no determined budget, location, theme, motif and suppliers yet.Service will start 12-6 months before the wedding day.This package includes Pre-event, On-the-Day and Post Event services.
Inclusions:
For 300 pax and below.
Note : Number of staffing increases depending on nos. of guests with corresponding additional fee as well.

- Transportation allowance on the day of the event is already included in the package
Pre-event Services:
- Physical/ personal meetings; plus availability through calls, texts and emails (unlimited inquiry).
- Suggest quality suppliers
- Assistance in planning and determining the budget.
- Assistance in planning and managing every detail of the event from the perfect venue, theme or motif, setting and sticking to the time table, organizing legal requirements, providing checklists, booking the best suppliers, up to arranging ocular visits of the chosen sites.
On-the-Day Services:
- On-the-Day Coordination applies.
Post Event Services:
- Following up of photos and videos.
- Assistance in giving final payments to suppliers.
